My blog is about programming, that’s a fact and while I never broke this tradition so far, today I feel like making an exception.

Why, you ask? For her: mademoiselle… Anastasia. ๐Ÿ˜€ She was born on the 5th of January, 2011 and she really wanted to say “Hi!” on daddy’s blog. Who am I to say no to such a gorgeous girl.

For more pictures go here. Enjoy! (I know I do…) ๐Ÿ™‚

Nice! But how will she learn to use Loomiere Stream? This looks like awesome work but precious little in the way of readme instructions for use (or… I didn’t find them!?) This appears to be just what I’m looking for… I want to implement pseudo-streaming of h264encoded mp4s for an educational site I’m working on. I am already throwing URLs that I catch with php for auth… can my script, instead of sending headers and doing readfile(my.mp4), just exec the Loomiere 2 server script?

  2. @Andrei: Thanks! She’s the best piece of “software” I wrote yet… ๐Ÿ˜€

Congrats mate! You have a lovely baby girl.
It’s nice to see this kind of posts on hard core programmer’s blogs.

    Cheers,
    Andrei
